HB012 23346 series snap-action defrost thermostat is a kind of miniature waterproof and hermetically seal thermostat sensor. It is of a single-pole single-throw structure and works under resistive load. The thermostat is enveloped in cold-resistant and flame-retardant plastic tubes or sealing gum for possible underwater applications. The product series is widely used as a heating compensated switch or automatic defrosting control switch in air-cooling frostless refrigerators.

When should I replace my defrost thermostat?
If the defrost thermostat stops working, frost forms on the evaporator fins, and the temperature in the freezer rises. Replace the defrost thermostat with the manufacturer-approved freestanding freezer part if it's no longer working.
