How to remove the pulsator except the clutch of the washing machine?

In the washing machine, in addition to the clutch, there are many important parts, including the pulsator. Generally, after it has been used for a period of time, usually a few years later, there will be bumps on it, and then there will be abrasion or cracks. Therefore, it needs to be disassembled and replaced in order to be able to solve the problem.

In the previous article, we talked about the replacement and maintenance of the washing machine clutch, so next, we will give instructions on how to replace the pulsator, the specific content is as follows.

The disassembly of washing machine pulsator generally requires some tools. The disassembly methods mainly include the following:

(1) Disassemble with lubricating oil

Put gasoline or lubricating oil on the screw position of the fixed pulsator, just one drop. Then wait until it is fully penetrated before removing the screws. Under normal circumstances, a combination of positive and negative screwing is required to remove the screws, and then the pulsator can be removed.

(2) Heating disassembly method

Lubricate the screws first, add oil, and then use a heat gun with a copper tube to keep a certain distance from the screws to heat the screws. The time is about 30 seconds to 1 minute, so that the screws can be removed. The pulsator can be removed.

(3) With the help of hand electric drill disassembly method

If the screws are rusty or have been screwed to waste, you can use a hand drill. Use a drill with the same diameter as the screw, then slowly drill off the screw cap, remove the screw, and then remove the pulsator.
