If the rear end of the clutch pawl is cracked, you only need to replace it with a new pawl. The specific operations are as follows:
(1) Spread a cloth on the ground, and then gently put the washing machine down.
(2) Remove the bottom cover fixing screws with a Phillips screwdriver, and then remove the sleeve and U-shaped shield.
(3) Remove the fixed pin, use needle-nose pliers, and then loosen the return spring to take out the pawl.
(4) Replace the pawl, then install the washing machine in the reverse order, and conduct a test run to check if there are any problems.
If the square wire clutch spring of the washing machine is disconnected, you only need to replace the square wire clutch spring with a new one. The specific operations are as follows:
(1) Spread a cloth on the ground, and then gently put the washing machine down.
(2) Remove the bottom cover fixing screws with a Phillips screwdriver, and then remove the sleeve and U-shaped shield.
(3) Use a screwdriver to pass through the pulley hole of the clutch, and then fix the pulley. Be careful not to loosen it.
(4) Use a socket wrench or pliers to remove the nut fixing the clutch pulley.
(5) Remove the pulley, spring washer and ratchet, and then remove the lower wire clutch spring from the shaft, replace it and install a new one. Note that if it is the same model, the positions of the two legs of the clutch spring must be in place.
(6) Install the washing machine in the reverse order and perform a test run to check if there are any problems.
