When washing and dehydrating the washing machine, the clutch of the washing machine is always in working condition, but the working condition of the clutch is different, so the relevant parts where vibration and noise occur are also different. Therefore, when overhauling, you should look for related failure causes based on the vibration and noise of different working conditions.
After the clutch mounting bolts of the washing machine are loosened, the clutch collides with the center base and produces a crash sound. When repairing, just tighten the mounting bolts. The pulley hub in the clutch is too loosely matched with the gear shaft, and it makes an impact sound in the forward and reverse directions. When repairing, replace the pulley hub or gear shaft.
The clutch gear of the washing machine is severely worn or damaged, the meshing between the teeth is too tight or too loose, the oil is lacking in the reducer or the lubrication is poor, etc., which cause the reducer to make noise. During maintenance, replace severely worn gears and add lubricating oil. Some reducers cannot be disassembled, but the entire reducer can only be replaced.
The pulsator shaft or gear shaft has a large axial clearance, and the axial movement occurs when it rotates and produces an impact sound. When repairing, replace the pulsator shaft, gear shaft or gasket. The pawl is not in place, and the pawl engages too little in the ratchet wheel, which causes the phenomenon of tooth skipping during washing, resulting in a "chuckling" periodic noise. When repairing, adjust the position of the pawl.
The inner bearing or outer sealing ring of the washing machine clutch is poorly lubricated, and the joint between the dehydration shaft and the anti-reversal spring is poorly lubricated or severely worn. When repairing, add grease or replace worn parts. The cover shaft in the clutch is bent and deformed, and when it rotates, the ratchet wheel is severely oscillated and collided with the pawl, causing an impact sound. When repairing, just replace the cover shaft.
The electromagnet is not in place or the traction motor does not rotate in place, the gap between the positioning sleeve on the drain valve connecting plate and the brake lever in the clutch is too large, the brake band is not completely relaxed, the brake wheel is bent and deformed, the brake band is deformed or installed Tilting, rusting of the brake wheel, and breakage of the inner lining of the brake band cause friction between the brake wheel and the brake band, resulting in abnormal friction noise. When repairing, check whether the parts are installed in place, whether the clearance is appropriate, whether the parts are damaged, and repair according to different conditions.
