Once the washing machine clutch breaks down and the washing machine cannot be dehydrated, how should we perform maintenance?
(1) The clutch did not switch to the dehydrated state, that is, the pawl did not disengage from the ratchet. This may be due to a problem with the drain electromagnet, or the brake band is worn out.
(2) The square wire clutch spring is broken, or because the fastening nut of the large pulley is loosened, one or two turns of the square wire clutch spring are embedded in the gap between the clutch sleeve and the outer shaft, thereby causing it to be damaged.
(3) Due to the wear of the clutch sleeve or the square wire clutch spring, the fit between them becomes loose.
(4) The bearing is damaged or rusted, or the dehydration shaft cannot be rotated due to lack of oil, and the bearing needs to be replaced at this time.
